Dining is the single most talked and written about aspect of the cruise experience.  There is a thrill of anticipation that comes with dining aboard a ship, where dining in elegant, friendly, and comfortable surroundings stimulate an appetite sharpened by expectations of savory cuisines. 

       Attention to presentation, quality, and choice of menu in the honored tradition of luxury liners has made made cruise ships justly famous. 

       A number of ships now have alternative dining rooms for which reservations must be made.  The food is excellent and the ambiance is quiet and refined.  Almost all ships now have food available 24 hours a day.  Pizzas, hamburgers, and Mexican food can be found in the Lido restaurant areas of most ships throughout the day.
