RESPONSIBILITIES: Sovereign Cruises LLC, d/b/a Sovereign Luxury Experiences, located at 118 Woodland Court, Safety Harbor, Florida 34695, is an independent company ("the Company") licensed to market and distribute travel products under the above trade names and arrange for the tour services offered in its brochure and website, including transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations through independent contracts.

The air carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers (including but not limited to trains, cruises, ferries, motorcoaches, hotels, and restaurants) providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of the Company or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by the Company are subject to the Terms and Conditions specified by the supplier, which are available upon request, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

The international carriage of passengers is subject to international conventions and treaties, where applicable. These international agreements limit and, in some events, exclude the carrier's liability to passengers (tour participants). Where any claim or part of a claim (including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or involves any travel arrangements (including the process of getting on or off the transport concerned) provided by any air, sea, inland waterways, rail, or road carrier or any stay in a hotel, the Company's maximum liability is the maximum which would be payable by the carrier or the hotel keeper concerned under the applicable international convention, treaty, or regulation applicable to the travel arrangements or hotel stay (e.g., the Warsaw Convention, the Montreal Convention for international travel by air, the EU Regulation on Air Carrier Liability for air carriers with an operating license granted by an EU country, the Athens Convention for international travel by sea) in that situation.

After departure, if the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Company, the Company will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be the responsibility of tour participants, and any resulting savings will be refunded by the Company to tour participants within 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the tour.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant; to expel any participant from the tour; to make changes in the itinerary whenever the Company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants; and to cancel a tour at any time.

The tour participant agrees that neither the Company nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection plan, or any other person.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ligonier Ministries act only as independent contractors acting on behalf of neither supplier nor the principals. They shall not in any way be held liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person, engaged in conveying the passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, or servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith. Sovereign and Ligonier Ministries do not own nor operate the hotels, airlines, motor coaches which comprise this tour. They cannot be held liable for changes and/or cancellations of the tour/venues, hotels, airlines, or motor coaches. 


PAYMENTS:  A $1000.00 deposit plus insurance (optional) per guest is due upon registration for all guests. Payments are required with your reservation form and can be made with a credit card or a personal check. Full payment is due (April 17, 2013) and is required in the form of a credit card, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. For reservations made after April 17, 2013, full payment will be due upon receipt of registration. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.


CANCELLATION FEES:  A cancellation fee of $800 per passenger will be charged for all cancellations regardless of insurance status. Please allow a process time of 4-6 weeks for any refunds that may be due to you.

Cancellation penalties apply to guests on a tour and are assessed in the event of either partial or full tour cancellations. Cancellations may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier. There will be no refunds in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the tour. Additional fees may be assessed by the supplier for connections booked from your home city, as well as forced single occupancy due to roommate cancellation.  Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters.

The Travel Protection Plan is underwritten by Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company an AEGON company, Columbus, Ohio; NAIC #10952. Rates below are per person and must be purchased for each guest on the reservation. Cancellation Protection Plans must be added at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

RESERVATION CHANGES: Name changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.  Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers depending on the change requested.

DOCUMENTATION: Proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests who are not in possession of the proper documentation at the time of departure will not be entitled to any refund of the tour, hotels, or accompanying transportation.

All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. You will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements.

You are responsible for obtaining and payment of all visas and entry documents prior to travel, and for meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.

Charter air from Edinburgh/Glasgow to Ireland is included in your fare.


For your return flight home from Dublin on August 28th, please book your flight to depart from the Dublin Airport (DUB) between 8AM and 4PM.
